These Terms of Service govern your use of www.axonzelo.com and purchases from AxonZelo. By accessing the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy, Shipping, and Returns and Refunds policies.

1. Online store terms

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction. You may not use our products or website for unlawful, unsafe, or unauthorized purposes.

2. Product information and safe use

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, specifications, images, availability, and prices accurately. Minor variations may occur. Battery welding equipment and electrical accessories must be installed and operated by persons with appropriate knowledge, protective equipment, and supervision. Customers are responsible for confirming product compatibility and following all safety instructions.

3. Orders and acceptance

An order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, reject, limit, or cancel an order for reasons including inventory errors, suspected fraud, pricing errors, shipping restrictions, or legal compliance. If payment has already been collected for a cancelled order, it will be refunded.

4. Prices, payments, taxes, and duties

Prices and available payment methods are shown at checkout. Customers agree to provide current and accurate billing information. Import duties, taxes, customs fees, and brokerage charges may be payable by the customer unless stated otherwise at checkout.

5. Shipping

Shipping methods, delivery estimates, tracking, customs responsibilities, and carrier information are described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by events outside our reasonable control.

6. Returns, refunds, and cancellations

Returns, refunds, defective products, and order cancellations are governed by our Returns and Refunds Policy and the return and cancellation options made available for the order.

Website content, product photographs, graphics, branding, and text are owned by AxonZelo or used under license. They may not be copied, reproduced, or commercially exploited without written permission.

You may not interfere with website security, introduce malicious code, scrape the website unlawfully, misuse customer information, submit false information, infringe intellectual-property rights, or use the service in violation of applicable law.

Payments, fulfillment, tracking, and other functions may be provided by third parties. Their services may be subject to separate terms. To the extent permitted by law, AxonZelo is not responsible for independent third-party acts outside our reasonable control.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AxonZelo is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss. These Terms are governed by the laws applicable where AxonZelo is established, without limiting mandatory consumer protections that apply in the customer's place of residence.
